HYROX / TRYKA
Hybrid race training on official HYROX centre equipment — sled push and pull, ski erg, rower, wall balls, lunges and burpee broad jumps. The exact stations you'll meet on race day.

Outdoor Recovery
Outdoor Sauna & Plunge Pools
Full contrast therapy out on the terrace. Sweat it out in the barrel sauna, drop your core temperature in the plunge pools, go again — the half of training most gyms leave you to sort out yourself.
